Concept / This exclusive wine in the Edición Limitada range is made only in those years when 100% of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the Casablanca Valley are affected by the noble botrytis cinerea fungus, a situation that has only occurred in the harvests of 2000 and 2007.
