Reception lines: a selection table with two lines, connected to crushers and heat exchangers.
Presses zone: pneumatic and hydraulic presses with a total capacity of 300 tons per day.
Bottling line: two multi-format lines, capable to bottle 5,000 bottles per hour.
Installed capacity: 12.2 million litres in stainless steel tanks and 800 thousand litres ageing in American and French oak barrels.
Ageing capacity: ageing cellars with room for 1 million bottles.
Laboratories: for analysis and microbiology, with state-of-the-art instruments to ensure the quality of our product.
