MAULE VALLEY: Recognized as one of Chile’s MOST DIVERSE ORIGINS and home to some of the country’s oldest vineyards. Its sub-humid Mediterranean climate with soils of alluvial and volcanic origin contribute juicy red fruit and delicious rusticity to the wines.

Sauvignon Blanc

This brilliant light greenish-yellow Sauvignon Blanc offers fruity aromas of citrus, green apples, and white peaches along with fresh-cut grass and herbs. The palate is fresh and fruity with well-balanced body and a persistent finish. This is excellent as an aperitif and to serve with fresh or goat cheeses, green salads, light fish, and ceviche.
