A careful selection of vineyards that allow us to obtain wines with local identity.
Selección de Viñedos represents our commitment to creating wines with a sense of identity of place through a careful selection of the best vineyard for each variety.
This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Belén Vineyard in the Casablanca Valley, where its clay soils and the marine influence enable the grapes to develop tremendous aromatic expression and freshness. Bright yellow in color, it stands out for its aromas of citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and limes, as well as light notes of fresh herbs such as lemon verbena. It is very citrusy, fresh, juicy, intensely fruity and mineral on the palate with good volume and a long finish.
Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
VALLEY: Casablanca D.O.

“Winemaking is a trade, an interpretation of the grapes as well as the place they are grown. It requires knowledge, sensitivity, hard work, and patience to finally enjoy a product that dates to the origins of human culture. It is a very rewarding endeavor.”
We were the first to believe in Casablanca’s potential, and we were not mistaken. Today it is one of the most internationally recognized wine regions for the quality of its wines. Its primary geographic condition is its maritime influence, which enters from the Pacific Ocean and produces morning fog that moderates the temperatures.
