16 Jul HIGH SCORES WERE AWARDED TO THE LEADING BRANDS OF VIÑA MORANDÉ AT THE PRESTIGIOUS DECANTER WORLD WINE AWARDS
The Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) is one of the largest and most influential wine competitions in the world. In its latest edition, Viña Morandé achieved significant scores for its flagship brands.
In the latest Decanter World Wine Awards, held in June this year, Viña Morandé achieved 3 gold medals and 8 silver medals across several of its brands. House of Morandé, the vineyard’s iconic wine, received 95 points for its 2021 vintage and was awarded a gold medal.
Selección de Viñedos Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2023 and Vitis Única Pinot Noir 2022 both scored an impressive 95 points, also earning gold medals and were additionally recognized with the “Best Value” award for offering the best combination of price and quality.
Terrarum Patrimonial Semillón 2023 (BR) and Vitis Única Mourvedre 2021 achieved 92 points in the competition and were awarded silver medals.
Terroir Wines Cinsault-País 2022, Vitis Única Chardonnay 2022, Vitis Única Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, Vigno Carignan 2021, and Black Series Chardonnay 2022 all reached 91 points in the prestigious competition, earning silver medals.
Lastly, Black Series Syrah 2021 vintage received 90 points and was awarded a silver medal.
