Last Saturday, January 21, the Descorchados Wine Fair was held, which moved to the Alaia hotel in Pichilemu, sixth region in Chile, for a more sunset and beach version. The award-winning wineries of the Descorchados 2023 Guide participated in the event and featured the guest chef, Marcos Baeza, who has just opened a new restaurant, Fukasawa. Of course, Viña Morandé was present with its best wines.
